The School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) is a JPA of public school districts, COEs, and CCDs, founded in 1989. We have over 300 member agencies. We aggregate purchasing power and expertise for solar & energy storage, electric vehicle charging infrastructure & roadmapping, telecommunications & networking, natural gas, electricity, utility data management, and related services to save time and money and to lower risk for our program participants.
